A SUNDAY WORTH WATCHING...

What a day in sports… Great golf, A Great Super Bowl, and the Aloha Press’ hilarious commercial that aired during the game! Did you see it? Ok, I am Just kidding but never say never. One Day We Will Get There!!

How cool was it to watch the best QB get it done! Really special how we get to watch history being made! I think Tom Secured his spot on any “The MATCH” in the future! The super bowl might have been so-so but I was still riding the high of the golf! Let’s Get to the highlights.

The Phoenix Open...

-5000 disappointed fans? As Saturday rolled around, it became the Jordan Spieth Show. He kicked ass on Saturday, sinking big putts and getting up and down from everywhere! Spray and Pray was in full effect but it was good enough for a 3rd 61! It felt different… I am not a huge Jordan fan but he brought the energy and fire live golf needs with fans!!!

Jordan and Xander sat at the top of the leaderboard (-18 under) and it looked like Sunday was going to be a two horse race.

The expected Dual struggled earlier Sunday with their wedges. It ended up knocking themselves out of the tournament by hooking it into the pond on hole 17.

But Sunday was reserved for the Finisher!! Two groups in front of Jordan and Xander was the real story! Brooks Koepka waited to make his move until the back nine! Brooks took over the show, quickly moving up the leaderboard, sticking it close on every par 5 and chipping in on hole 17.Watch

Brooks ended the day at -19 and I realized, “He is BACK.” Brooks looked like the villain we love. The guy who looks like he won’t miss a fairway, a green, and does things in the most challenging times. After the round, Brooks shared how dark the past 18 months had been. Brooks explained he wasn’t sure if he could ever get back to his form. (4 Majors, 8 PGA Tour Wins, 6 European Tour Wins) Well, a win today showed he can overcome a huge deficit. Plus, he is only 30 years old!

Couple of statements from his post round interview.

"I've missed the fans," Koepka said. "Just being around fans is something else. I love it. I've played my best golf with fans, so just need to find something when they're not there."

"I live for those moments where you got to close, you got to hit some quality shots, quality putts," Koepka said. "I just like showing off, I guess."

HIGHLIGHTS FROM ROUND 4 WATCH

The World Never Saw It.
